Need helping losing weight

I'm looking for friends in here to add me and give me weight loss tips. I have about 30 lbs to lose. Every time I lose some weight I gain it back. I need some help keeping it off. I eat fairly healthy and I exercise regularly.

    Why do you think you gain it back? Are you making changes to lose weight that are difficult to sustain?

    Eating healthy and exercising is moot if you're not in a calorie deficit, that is what matters for weight loss.
    • Set up your MFP account honestly and accurately
    • Set your loss rate for 1-1.5lb loss per week
    • Buy a food scale - you will be amazed how much you underestimate your intake.
    • Log your normal intake for a couple of days
    • Review your log and see where you are taking in extra calories, adjust your diet with small changes to get to your calorie allowance.
