I've posted in here before, and i'd reached i think 50lbs loss...i've now lost 5 stone!
I'm at my maintain weight now, but would love to tone up...so thats my next step!

I cant thank MFP enough, as without it, i wouldn't of had the strength/willpower to do it

here is my success photo (this is 4 stone loss...from may 2011-july2013) i dont want to upload photos before that as i hadnt actually started dieting, and i'd just had a baby!
