Aaand there we go.
I'm still doing this veeeery tentatively... It might not be such a good idea for me to try and track my food intake (considering it's my first 'real diet' that caused me to develop full-blown binge eating disorder some 10 years ago), but... On the other hand, I do need to keep fitting in my clothes. I like my clothes. And I want to start running more seriously again, now that I'm living next to a lovely park.
So I'm trying to use this app more as a general tracker, no 100% strict accountability. Bonus challenge being that I can get free food from my work place, and it's good food, and not just pizza and burgers. (I can save lots of money thanks to that, which makes ait difficult to dismiss just like that... Fencing classes are expensive. -_-)
Well, uhm... Wish me luck?

Eating what makes you happy is fine but moderation is the key. At least that's what I've found. Also cardio is a great idea! You can do this! Good luck!0

Cardio is SO incredibly important for your health, no matter what you weigh.
...and if you want to keep wearing your clothes, toning is the way to go. They'll still fit and you'll look even better in them. Haha.0 -
Thank you!
Yeah, moderation is the big problem with binge eating. I absolutely need to remain in a state of mind like 'moderation / if you really must, then buy your cupcake in a super chic French bakery and enjoy it', rather than 'deprivation'. Sounds so obvious. Is much less obvious when your mind works the wrong way. XD
Weight lifting is on my program later at some point. For now, I don't have time for everything (full time job + studies on the side)0
