Starting Again - training for a Half-Marathon

Hi, I've not been very active on here for a while. I've been studying for the last 3 years and its been stressful...I'm back to square 1...using running to de-stress...will eventually get back into the gym and do some lifting, but for now I'm just easing myself back into regular exercise, drinking lots of water and trying to burn more calories than I eat
. If you are a runner please add me and if you like lifting definitely add me
