First Week on IIFYM

I'm down two pounds which is great :)

And I'm so full from all the macro nutrients I'm getting! I have a fridge full of diet-foods I'm trying to eat through before I go shopping again but dear lord my portion sizes are huge and sustaining... I often find I'm not even hungry for dinner.

Would love some input on if this is normal for your first week/month. Also any input on my diary would be great. Super happy with the plan so far just trying to get used to the change!

Your diary looks awesome. Protein and fats are looking great. Nothing to add, keep up the good work.
    You're losing, so great!

I agree with above. Your diary looks really good!

How many calories and grams of protein were you eating before? If you've upped them a lot, that could be the reason that you're feeling really full.

Thanks!!! I feel like I'm constantly researching IIFYM to make sure I'm doing things the way they were intended... I was probably eating less than half of my macros before this week and before that even less as I was on a stupid low-calorie diet. I've also considerably increased my water intake (1/2 gal to a gallon or more) and that makes me feel even more full.

It sounds like you're doing everything right. I'm sure the full feeling and the "OMG! Look how much food I'm eating at each meal!" kind of feeling are coming from the increase in calories/macros and water.

You look incredible in your pic BTW! :flowerforyou:

Your macro goals look awesome and you're hitting them like a champ, keep it up. IIFYM is liberating if you've ever done any strict dieting before.

great work so far and yes, I'd def increase your water intake. A gallon a day is ideal
