Which is better for burning more fat and getting cut . I have tried low carb but sometimes it can be hard to stay on it as most foods have a lot of carbs in it .

Neither is inherently better. Some people may do better when carb cycling, others might get better results doing low carb all the time. Adherence and the ability to stay on one or the other is very important to getting results0

It depends. Some like carb cycling because they feel their bulk is affected by staying low carb. Others find it easier to stick with low carb and lose a bit easier, plus the water weight stays off.0

rybo said it best neither is better, some things work good for some but not necessarily for everyone else. Consistency is more important than anything else. Pick one and stick to it before ruling it out.0

Neither ..
You need sustained calorie deficit, dedication, micro/macro adherence , and structured lifting regimen0 -
If you dont' like low carb and can't adhere to it, then go with moderate to high carb. Calories is the most important, followed by protein and training.1
