I'm trying to get down to 190 within 1-2 years. I kknow its gonna be tough but I need to be healthy. This is gonna help me feel better about my body and make me healthier! I really want to have children in like 10 years but I know I need to be fit in order to take care of them. I'm doing this for me and my future family and my current family members. I come from a 'naturally' heavy family and want to break that label, not the scale lol. I'm hoping to get inspiration and encouragement from this community along with my exersize buddy's and family. Thanks for reading!

Sounds like you have reasonable expectations, that is a wonderful goal. Getting down to 190 will make you feel so much better and will hopefully motivate you to keep going. Good luck
