228 pounds, young and trying to loose weight (who isnt?l

I'm trying to get down to 190 within 1-2 years. I kknow its gonna be tough but I need to be healthy. This is gonna help me feel better about my body and make me healthier! I really want to have children in like 10 years but I know I need to be fit in order to take care of them. I'm doing this for me and my future family and my current family members. I come from a 'naturally' heavy family and want to break that label, not the scale lol. I'm hoping to get inspiration and encouragement from this community along with my exersize buddy's and family.
