Looking for females who weight train, do circuit, CrossFit and other intense workouts for support, what works for you.
I'm 37, have lost 30 lbs but have 20 more to lose until my GW.
Love to hear what has worked for you, what hasn't, and any other tips and support that you can offer, as well as share some of mine.

I've turned my basement into low-end gym, with the help of a book on strength training, a fitness glider, stability ball, cardio step, dumbbells, tubes and bands, ankle weights, and a couple of balls. I'm 45, have dropped 63 lbs and have another 61 to GW.
My 'straight' cardio is either long walks or the glider. I'm doing strength training primarily with dumbbells, tubes, and bodyweight exercises. Every now and again, though, I mix it up and do a cardio-and-weights interval routine that takes 20-50 minutes (it's actually two workouts, but the first one is for beginners and the book suggests that it be used as a warmup for the more intense ones).0
