Hi all Jo-Anne from NY. I just started MFP a few weeks ago. Lost about 8 lbs so far want to lose at least 50 more. My goals for this month: workout 4-5 mornings/ week. Drink at least 80 oz water/ day, and log everything on MFP. Thanks for the great group
