Mom on a mission for lifelong health and weightloss

Hi all,
When I tried to change my user name this morning I discovered that I had two accounts. I started this one three years ago when I weighed 1 pound less than I do now.
The app tells me that I lost 11 pounds in a number of months. Three years ago I had worked hard to drop from 220lb to 165lbs. My goal was and still is to reach a normal BMI at 155.
At some point I opened another account by logging in with Facebook after getting a new phone, but I let other things take my focus away from staying healthy and I did not use the app much.
It is hard to accept that I am where I was 3 years ago. I have recently lost 5 pounds after gaining back 20lbs pretty quickly since September 2016. I went from 165 to 175 and kept gaining until I reached 192 a few weeks ago!
I am going for my goal this time. I just weighed in at 186 this morning.
Tracking everything is what helped me finally start to lose again. I have been going to the gym for 2 months now but did not lose weight. I spent all day hungry and eating so I never had a calorie deficit.
Now that I am tracking all my food I am able to control my eating.
I love Pilates and yoga. I also hit the elliptical at the gym and recently started building back to 100 squats a day. I am still getting sore from those.
I had a nice routine down and I hope to build back to fitness and get down to my goal weight.
I love eating veggies, seeds and beans.
I like to cook and make hearty food for my family that I can't eat or I will put on weight again.
I am a busy mother with 5 kids aged 19-5. Please friend request me so we can keep .each other motivated!
