Getting serious

I've been a binge eater for as long as I remember. I'm sick of being overweight and lacking energy.

I've been using the app on and off for a while now but have continued unlogged binge eating and because of it, I haven't lost any weight. I want to take things to the next level and lose 10-15kg / 22-33lb this year, maybe more.

If anyone is looking for friends, please add me. I think some form of accountability could be helpful.

Cheers!

"Serious" means that you have already gotten a kitchen scale and have already started weighing every morsel which passes your lips. Even if you feel it's a binge, weigh all of it. That will slow you down and give you a chance for your hormonal satiety signalling to work.

Once you do serious. you do succeed.

Thank you sir, what you say is both true and motivational. I think logging all food even when going over my goal calories is a good idea.

Certainly, I'll send through a friend request.
