Need suggestions and support

Hey all,
A friend recommended MyFitnessPal to me recently and I thought I'd give it a go. Seems fairly easy to navigate. I know I could go to the gym more but my biggest problem is eating healthy.
I live at home with my mom and dad and youngest sister still so you can imagine that its difficult to eat right and much less have space for my healthy food in the fridge. I could happily eat grilled chicken seasoned with only salt and pepper and maybe some fresh herbs, steamed broccoli (or green beans or maybe even sautéed zucchini), and brown rice several days out of the week if not every lunch/dinner. Generally I cook the chicken in a pan with some olive oil (or coconut oil) and then once its seared on both sides I add water and a generous splash of marsala wine. It reduces down a little into a jours when the chicken is done and its this liquid that I use as a seasoning for the rice and broccoli.
I need suggestions for easy meals and support because while I love living at home with my family, its much harder to eat properly (mind you we don't eat fried chicken every night, I just want to eat better than we do already) and I have a hard time having fridge space to keep my own things. In addition, I'm trying to stop spending money on food so it sort of goes against what I'm trying to do by going and buying my own groceries. If I could just get my family on board this would be easier.
Are there any kindred spirits out there?
