Green Tea Ice-cream!! so confused!!!

Hi I was just checking about green tea ice-cream on MFP and it says 200 calories per scoop but no fat or sugar. I am really confused ad I am dieting? should I consume or not? Any tips on this please!! Thank you so much ))

green tea anything is tasty
Its called Matcha in this case and is a powder used in Japanese cuisine and culture you can even buy a matcha ( green tea ) kit kat in japan its fantastic!

Someone probably hit the quick add button for calories a while back and that filtered into the database. See if there's another entry for it.0
