Hi I was just checking about green tea ice-cream on MFP and it says 200 calories per scoop but no fat or sugar. I am really confused ad I am dieting? should I consume or not? Any tips on this please!! Thank you so much :)))

Someone probably didn't bother to record all the nutrients. What's it say on the label? I'd either correct with the right info or make my own entry.

Someone probably hit the quick add button for calories a while back and that filtered into the database. See if there's another entry for it.

I love the green tea ice cream i got from cold stone once..yumm!! Ice creams are great if they fit within your calories. Also, when in doubt with MFP calories- google ;)
