It's just a scam.6

It's been completely debunked.5

Don't bother with it. It places unnecessary restrictions for no valid reason at all.4

Mine says I'm supposed to do well with dairy, and given all the "humans aren't meant to eat dairy" threads lately I kind of like that.
On the other hand, it says I shouldn't eat chicken, which seems odd. I ate lots of chicken when losing weight and it didn't seem to hurt.
It also makes no logical sense if you think about it. Why would blood type have anything to do with diet?6 -
My thoughts - Don't waste any more time reading about it! Like already mentioned, there is no scientific basis for the diet...4

So many wise kitties. I agree with them all. The blood group diet has been debunked. Its about as accurate as a horoscope. Here's a guide that actually will help you.

It's bunk.
It suggests that I eat a low carb type diet.
I don't do well on low carb. :laugh:1 -
Here's are some articles in which science confirms it does not work: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/01/140115172246.htm

Yes I've tried it - when it first came out in the 90's. I soon worked out that it wasn't logical or sensible back then, and my opinion hasn't changed.1

My God! Is this coming back around like that freaking grapefruit diet? Don't buy it.1

Yup, I'm afraid it is complete poop.0
