I love my caffe misto, I get a pump of sugar free mocha and sugar free cinnamon dolce.
If you ask for the non-fat milk it will be way under 100 calories.

cold brew coffee with only one pump of white chocolate0

Coffee frap light if you want blended. Grande is 100 or 110 cals
Iced coffee or hot coffee and just add your own cream. I've been measuring my cream long enough at home that I can easily eyeball how much I use.
Tall latte if you want creamy and hot. Skim or coconut milk to reduce calories further, but both change the flavor pretty drastically. I'm a big fan of ordering a short size and going with regular milk.
I'm not a fan of sugar free syrup, so if I want a "coffee treat" I get a hot latte and add 1 pump of white mocha (which I think is 60 calories). I allow more than 100 calories, though, since it's only an occasional thing and I'll specifically fit it in. Iced Venti or hot grande with some extra espresso and the little bit of white mocha totally worth the 200-300 or so calories plus the $50 -

How do you make it for free? Beans, coffee maker, k-cups, filters all cost money. I use regular coffe beans and a French press, but even that cost money...obviously not as expensive as a $4 coffee from Starbucks.
To answer the question, the Caramel Light frappuccino is only 140 cals, not too bad and tastes good. The refreshers are really good and all really reasonable, 60-110 cals.6 -

And to be honest, with McDonald's having dollar drink days, I can't not get a sugar free vanilla iced coffee with milk instead!0

I started fairly heavy for my height (still am, I'm working on it) and very active so I could drink one whatever I liked as long as I had nonfat or almond milk and no whip.... I was just thinking this morning that I'm getting to the point where the drinks are no longer worth the calories actually0

My favorite: an iced americano with a premier protein shake added in. 175 calories, 30 grams protein.0

I like getting a small unsweetened latte made with coconut milk. it's about 150 calories, and it's really tasty for only having the added sugar found in the coconut milk.0

I got a plain iced coffee and added 1 pump vanilla sugar free syrup and 2 pump dolce it was awesome0
