If pills worked everyone would be at Cici's pizza buffet popping pills all day. You can get enzymes from real foods like greens, fruits, beans.1

I hear lipase is helpful in detergents to remove grease stains.
If you're looking for it to help reduce body fat: your body doesn't work that way.1 -
I take a digestive enzyme that has lipase in it to help me digest my food. (I have a lot of problems with multiple food intolerances and digestive issues) They help me immensely.
But will they "eat" the fat away and help you lose weight? No. Enzyme supplements don't work like that.1
