COMMON SENSE (a bit of a rant)

Not quite sure how people constantly go over in their calorie count with no exercise and then whine and cry that they are not loosing weight.
Next they ask what can I do differently...hummm lets see....instead of going to town on candy and ice cream choose one and have just ONE serving of it not 2 or 3...try adding in a 30 min walk
they ask u give suggestions in a nice way like maybe add in a walk or maybe pick one dessert for the day and make the rest healthier snack but nooooo you say it when they ask and your the bad person
Listen I know I did not get fat from not eating anything but here is the deal we all joined MFP with our own goals in mind and most of us for weight loss or maintaining current weight. I know you will have days that you go over but seriously...what is wrong with people....i normally set aside one or 2 days a month that i will "splurge" but daily once I hit my calories thats it no more...if I want a nice body then I have to work for it and give up how I used to eat...
ive learned to drink a full glass of water like 20 mins before dinner and if i feel hungry drink a full glass of water and if i still feel really hungry then I snack...

i dont claim to be a fitness/heath guru its just common sence...try it sometime!
you hit your calories and STOP EATING and WORKING OUT will get you results!!!!!!
