    What are you all doing to lose weight? I'm clean eating mostly paleo and it's my 4 th day I'm so hungry it's terrible lol

    Breastfeeding mom of three month old son. Have 3 kids. Trying hard to lose baby weight as my youngest two are only 20 months apart. Goal is 60 pounds to lose as a start to get back where I was 3 years ago. Hello!

    It's so nice to meet other moms so thank you for being friends with me! And congrats on the little ones! So u all happen to know how many extra calories we get for breastfeeding ? I put 400 extra but wasn't sure if that is correct lol

    Expecting number four any day now and will be nursing him/her! Breast-feeding is the trickiest time period to lose weight but I'm going to do my best to enjoy it, since this is likely my last! I will add you!

    Hi. I'm a mum of 2 and currently breastfeeding my 14 month old. He has dairy allergy so we are both dairy free. Was trying to do the bodycoach lifestyle but it's so dairy heavy. I really need someway to lose weight without affecting my supply. I seem to hold weight when I'm breastfeeding. Would love to make other feeding mummy friends for support. X
