Hello! Climbing back on the wagon

Hi all!
I don't want to jinx it, but I *think* my mojo might be returning.... I was in a really good place for weight loss in about 2014 but since then I've gained a lot back. It's such a depressing journey - truly.
I've tried throughout to lose the gain-back weight but my head and heart haven't been in it. But, I'm loving MFP premium so far (very early days!) and feel different this time. I wonder if I'm getting back into the game properly....
I've set up my MFP so I have a calorie "bank" - lower than average cals mon-sat and a load on Sunday. So if I go over my cals on any day, I can track the excess on Sunday so it goes out of my bank. This is the same concept as WW weekly points. I like this idea because I end up eating the same thing every day otherwise and then I get bored. I like the flexibility to dip into some reserves!
Anyway, let's see how it goes! Looking forward to chatting to you all along the way!

I'm in the same boat. I lost a lot and gained a lot from last year. Keeping the weight off is truly challenging. I'm just happy to take small steps to being healthy again. I just started a few days ago and I'm doing good so far. Good luck to us, we got this.1

I am on the same boat as well. Last year i lost 30 lbs for a wedding. I am in school and working a full time job. This last class was so stressful. I had no free time. I gained everything back but 13 lbs. Starting last week I got back into it. Jamaica in October time to get serious.0
