Compression socks?

Hey all,

I was wondering if anybody used compression socks during plyometrics workouts. My calves start killing me pretty quickly after exercises like jumping jacks and I feel like it is holding me back. I'm 180 pounds and 5'3. I workout barefoot or with Vibram 5 finger shoes.

Thanks!

Rachel

I just ordered some compression socks to address foot pain (metatarsal) during plyometric exercises. This was suggested by an athlete/runner who works at a runner's store. I will let you know the results once I've used them

I use leg sleeves to alleviate calf pain on long runs. Suggested to me by a marathoner... had nothing but positive results.

My wife wears them due to poor circulation thanks to POTS. They helped her up until she started weight lifting with me. Squats have fixed her leg pain and other symptoms.

Me, too! I ordered mine from Amazon.
