New to My Fitness Pal. My name is Sandy. Did I make a mistake changing to here? New to this app and I just don't understand how the same food is listed in the food app with 50 different sets of nutrients. An ounce is still an ounce: doesn't matter what size bag you bought. And since when does broccoli have 15 carbs in a cup? How do you sort through all the garbage? Some foods have pages of alternatives. If enough people mark them incorrect will they erase bad ones. Even green marked ones are wrong. Help!

It's daunting at first but it gets easier. All foods are entered by the users so a lot of them will be wrong.
Use the USDA site to verify the entries.1 -
