Raising chickens, canning and gardening fill my EXTRA time. Will be doing that and more come October when I retire from my lab analyst career. I'm too young to retire really and too young to feel this danged old! Need to lose at least 50 lbs. ADD ME and I'll gladly encourage you along this path. :)

    I retired at 56 and now I am 62 in good health but need to trim off some weight. We are already friends and thsthatt is a good thing
