Didn't learn the first time ... doing this again!

Over 10 years ago I lost weight. My highest weight was 308lbs and got down to 140lbs. It took me 2 solid years to get to that point. I even worked at a gym as a fitness instructor. Once I quit my job and started a new chapter of my life I forgot to maintain my weight. Whoops.
Last year I lost some weight but again ... life things happened and I gained what I lost.
So, here I am. Again. I need to lose about 100lbs this time around.
This time I'm much older and more stubborn than ever.
Looking for friends to do this with. I seem to stay on track more when I'm being watched.
