Gotta love when the endorphins are flowing after a killer workout! Trained legs, as well as, mixing in some cardio type movements to keep the heart rate up

I wish I got the endorphin rush more often. For me I have to push fairly hard, and have few if any distractions. I rarely every get it from biking (probably due to traffic distractions as I near home), running (I don't run much anyway), or any type of circuit stuff.
But even though our elliptical isn't my favorite, I have data in front of me and few distractions, so I can get that high going fairly easily.
Or maybe it's the coffee too. I just came across a study somewhere that showed caffeine helped with endorphins.0
