How to know how many calories?

I'm pretty content on what I weigh, I'm 5' 2" about 107. I'm interested in gaining more muscle and toning up. I'm not sure that I'm eating enough. Help?

Check out the stickied posts on recomp - this will mean eating at maintenance whilst following a progressive lifting program, with the result being muscle gain, and fat loss, without weight change. It is a slow process, but suited to what you want to achieve2
