Hello everyone,
Due to fasting in the past few days I was not checking my weight after waking up in morning but 6 to 7 hours after having my last meal and water. I was seeing a constant weight of 66 kgs. Will it be correct since I did not sleep? Moreover, yesterday I ate fast food and today alot of chocolate fudge cake and now my machine shows a rise of two kgs. I better hope its water weight since yesterday I was still at 66 kgs. Thank you.

    Eid Mubarak to you and all the Muslims out there. Your weight increase is just a normal fluctuation. I can go down or up 2-4 lbs depending on how hard I train, sodium and host of other factors. It is not statistically significant in the long run. Just get back to doing what you were doing.
