Low Calorie Grocery Shopping-Living in Germany

I am an American expat living in Germany. I am looking for a list of products/brands with lower calorie content that can be found in German grocery stores. Anything and everything (bread, spreads, yogurt, etc) would be helpful. With a newborn, I just don't always have the time to compare brands and products. Often my husband does the shopping and I make the list. Also, does anyone know of a specific website with a list of low-calorie German products? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
