Take 50...

Hi All,
I have been a member of MFP for years, but have commitment issues. I have tried a lot of diets, Tony Ferguson shakes, Michelle Bridges 12WBT, Commando Program... Though they all work for a while, I inevitably fall of the wagon with a giant thud and drag behind it collecting dirt, till I have found myself at the heaviest I have every been in my life and I'm not happy.

I have just finished uni and started working as a HPE teacher, which is awkward when I am overweight and can't participate or demonstrate activities because I am unfit.

So... I really want to do something about it. Hopefully I can be committed this time around... I want to look the part of a HPE teacher, I want to be fit enough to gain my National B umpiring badge and I want to feel good in my body to enjoy our cruise at the end of the year....

With a little bit of help, so motivation and support, here's to it all working this time around...
