Hi I am 46 and have been battling with my self image for years! I've been on every diet under the sun, the thing I did learn is that there is no quick fix! I've been counting calories and doing a 3 mile walk programme for the last 27 days, I've lost 4,2 kegs but the best thing is I'm actually enjoying exercising! I've upped my steps to 8000 a day, and get there quickly! I'm planning on losing 100pounds in a year and getting fit! Would love to help and motivate like minded buddies!
