I have been changing my eating habits, watching my calorie intake and working out more. However, I seem to be staying at the same weight. Any suggestions on how to loose it? Is anyone else having the same problem? I rarely gain my weight has been steady over the past few months.

How long have you been doing this? What is your calorie goal and how did you determine it?

If you open your diary, you may get some helpful advice.

More details? Specifics would help you get targeted advice.

When did you start trying to lose weight by eating less calories? What was your weight then? What is your current weight, height, activity level? (How active are you in your job/hobbies.)

How many calories a day do you eat? Do you log/track your calories every day? If so, for how long? Do you use a food scale? How often?

Generic advice: accurate, honest food logging and patience will result in weight loss.

Hard to give any advice without the specifics mentioned above. Until then, here's the chart. Do the things listed that you aren't currently doing.
