2nd Baby weight loss journey

Hi all!
I just had my second baby one month ago. Our culture goes on a diet after birth where you eat only chicken and rice for a month. It's our cultures way of "cleansing" the body. I was 187 lbs at the end of my pregnancy and since my diet have lost 35 lbs. I have been doing some HIIT excercises and have just started weight training, all of which I do at home. What are some of the ways you have kept yourself motivated? I get bored easily and want to maintain my momentum this far. I have been watching my calories, I excercise daily with a mixture of YouTube videos and weights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to your thoughts and this journey.
