I really like the support and discussion here.

About 4 years ago, I lost 130 pounds on Weight Watchers. Through a lot of stress and stupid decisions, I back here with a hundred of those pounds back again. I tried back at WW, but for some reason it just wasn't working. I know it was all mental on my part, but that realization didn't change what was happening. So I decided to give this another try. So far, so good. I have a long way to go, but I know it will be slow and that I can do it.

I'm a high school English teacher in Wisconsin. I did a lot of bicycling when I lost the weight first time around, so I've started that back up. Hopefully, I will be at a weight next summer that I can break out the LeMond road bike I bought at my much lower weight.

    Hi,
I was also on weight watchers before and ended up losing 60 lbs. I stopped going and gained just about half of it back. Tried it again but just like you had no luck so figured I would try this.
Feel free to add me as a friend.
