How often do you update your weight??

I weigh myself about every other day to monitor my regular fluctuations, but I only log it once or twice a week. I like to see my daily fluctuations to remind myself that it's normal.1

I weigh daily at the same time, but I don't log a change until I see a change that remains over a few days. At this point, I'm losing no more than a pound at a time. Weight fluctuates from one day to the next that it's not worthwhile for me to update more than that.0
