First time trying to sort out the belly

Since I quit playing soccer when the babies were born (I was 40) I've been piling on the weight. Stopped eating after 7pm in January and that held it back a little but wasn't losing weight at all - chocolate and biscuits free at work, disaster. So I started using this app after Fathers day 9 days ago. At that time I was 75kgs, now already I'm 71.2 in just over a week, still eating big meals, but lots of exercise (100k cycling to work and 5k parkrun) and NO snacking AT ALL and the weight is falling off. I have lost nearly four KG's in a small amount of time, that is 4 bags of sugar, and that's actually probably what it was. I'm gonna get my 6 pack back as opposed to the 6 keg I have now!
