Getting old and getting fat. Can't change old but need to work on fat.

Don't you just hate when the doctor tells you are getting old and the fat is making its self at home. I don't want to take meds because I end up with health problems. I need to lose around 40 lbs. Can use a support group if am one is interested.

    What kind of meds has your doctor suggested?
