Getting back into MFP

Hello MFP world!
I used to use this ap and site a lot in previous years but stopped for whatever reason. I am getting back into it, mainly to track my distances when I take bike rides or kayak. But it is nice to connect with people who are out to get healthy and enjoy fitness activities, too. I probably wont enter my food daily but we will see. Currently on week 2 of a very low carb diet and feeling pretty good. In ketosis and with very little cheating, a few pounds are shedding off. Ill take it!
