Knee

I have Injuried my knee between doing C25K & Insanity. What are some exercises I can do ? I don't have a gym membership, I do my workouts at home between Insanity,C25K ,Walking/Running on my treadmill and going on walks outside I also have a set of 5lb weights.

    Rest and recover first. Then try just walking and body weight squats and lunges until you build some muscle around your knees.

    This. Take care of your knees. Make sure you are healed up before you start up again. Waiting an extra week to be sure you are at full capacity can save you many weeks of being re-injured because you rushed.
  • Yea true,I injuried it 3 years ago and these past few months its just been getting worse over time. I was sitting in the computer chair and brought my leg in a bit and squealed then extended it to take the pressure off and said oh my gosh to my husband
  • Dr thinks I sprained my knee.He's having me wear a knee support, gave me a anti inflammatory and pain medicine, Then he had me get a x ray done.If it isn't better in a few weeks he's going to have me get a MRI done next . He said if my
    knee does heal then i can start to workout starting slowly again after 2 wks
