The challenge will run from July 1 - July 31.
Your goal is to reach 310,000 by the end of the challenge.
Steps can be tracked with your phone, health app, fitbit, garmin, apple watch, etc.
The purpose of this challenge is to encourage ourselves to be more active.
Being physically active has some great benefits - 150 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous physical activity can:
 Control your weight
 Reduce your risk of heart disease
 Reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes
 Reduce your risk of some cancers
 Strengthen your bones & muscles
 Improve your mood and mental health
 Improve your ability to do daily activities
 Increase your chances of living longer

So get active for the good of your health!
