Awaiting doms from hell

Oh dear... I just did the first session of YAYOG, the upper body workout. At the moment my arms feel like they're about to break off and fall to the ground. I'm sure tomorrow and the day after will be fantastic :smiley:

For the heck of it I did about 1/3 of the first YAYOG leg session last week (basically 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 reps of each exercise) and had terrible doms for 3 days! So much about starting slow and maybe being spared by the worst doms.
