You noticed all those differences in a week?
Lol, no hun.
I've only been here in this community for a week, I started my weight loss journey last summer but stopped over the winter due to illness, then got myself back into it once I recovered.
My starting weight was 13stone (182lbs). I'm now 11 stone (154lbs)
I've put myself back on my 1200 calorie diet and I've been on that since 19th June.
While I was ill I didn't diet obviously, as I needed my strength, so I put some of the weight I lost back on over the period of a couple of months while I was ill and after that I just didn't feel like trying to get back into my weight loss plan.
But now I'm ready to begin again.
I did get down to 10stone 9lbs (149lbs) before last Chrsitmas, but I put weight on so easily if I don't stay active, so the extra pounds crept back on.
I started getting more active again around March, slowly got back into my exercise regime and built my strength back up and like I said I've just started back on my 1200 calorie diet again.
