I'm 26, 5'6" height and weight is 45 kg,
Planning to start a healthy diet to get some weight,
Not very active, need advice how without going to gym I can gain Atleast 10kg, no problem to work out in home

Read those two threads. If you have more questions, let us know. You need adequate calories and a good resistance program, which can include a body weight routine.2
