After being in the best shape of my life (165 lbs, working out 6/a week) , I'm now 205 and back to emotionally eating. I need help.

I need to know that I'm not alone and that I can find support and motivation. :s

    You are not alone. I don't think I've every actually maintained a weight range, I'm always gaining or losing. I'm also an emotional eater, feel free to add me. I'm going the slow route because I get super cranky when I'm at too much of a calorie deficit. I really need for this time to stick so its all about the small changes that I can actually commit to forever.


    Getting married isn't a good thing? I mean marriage isn't for all of us but shouldn't you be happy about this. :p
