Hi everyone,

I wanted to do for a long time but never gotten persistent with it. I hope this works out. I want to be more fit and would like to feel better about myself. My goal is to post everything and anything about myself throughout the day, to jot down my meals, urges, workouts.... feel free to share your experience!

    It's 12:54am right now and I am still not asleep! Tomorrow is going to be a hard day because I tend to binge eat when I lack sleep! ><

    Hi there! If you're going to post what your doing everyday you're best to do that on your home page. The message boards are really about specific topics and the home page is a way to share your day and get ongoing feedback as threads can get lost and people don't see them. A home page post can get reactions from friends who will encourage you. All the best to you!
