Hi there :)

Hi there ive been using this app for a few days and its helping me take control of what and how I eat very impressed with it.
Im on the slender shake diet
Just need to shift some weight for helth resons
Be nice to catch up with some people on here :)

    welcome! it's said that people who 'workout with friends' and journal their foods+exercise are 6 times more likely to lose weight than those who do not!
