Just before bed- I often have overwhelming cravings. Anything can trigger it: an event during the day- world issues or things I have to face the next day at work. It doesn't have to be anything major- the pattern: feel anxious- EAT- feel calm. and I sleep better. Any thoughts.

And...??? Eat before bed. As long as your goals are being met for calorie intake does it matter????

Do you have Facebook? Delete that and all the other social media garbage and a lot of the stuff you are worrying about (that you can't do anything about anyway) goes away.

I am in on the spoonful of peanut butter! I will often do this when I come home from the gym if there is something going on that may delay dinner. The healthy fats are satiating, the protein is beneficial and it tastes positively sinful!

Once and a while I'm like this, I'll have some juice or cereal.

If I'm low on calories, and/or had a hard WO session that afternoon , I'll often make a casein protein shake before bed...it usually results in sleeping better

I eat ice cream or cereal almost every night before bed. I can be good all day then midnight creeps up.

Same, except I want french fries or toast and peanut butter at midnight or later.
My diet is spot on all day, meticulous and ridiculously healthy. Late at night I am not very accurate with weighing portions.
