I started my journey in 2014 and lost 65 pounds! I started at 398 and dropped down to 322, I have two bad knees from old injuries that got fixed, now I am working on getting my heals fixed. I have bone spurs in both which have to be removed so I will have pretty much 3 months of down time, so any advice on what to do during my down time would be greatfull. Also some friends on here would kick *kitten*! Anyways feel free to add me and let's help each other! I also do DDPYOGA if there are any yoga people out there!
