Well, lets see....I had a hysterectomy just over a month ago. While recovering, I really wasn't able to do a whole heck of a lot. (Understandably so) No lifting more than about 5 pounds. The most exercise I was really allowed was walking. And it was definitely easy to overdo even that. It was very easy to gain some weight during my down time. I'm now back to work, and have been cleared by my doc to start getting back in to shape. I'm looking forward to getting back to my pre-surgery self. I know it'll take a lot of time, dedication and caution to get there. I'm kind of excited. It's only been three days hitting the gym, and so far I'm enjoying it. Hoping it stays that way! Have a good one everyone!
