Anyone have pointers to a quick strength training workout? Not a member of a gym currently. I do have free weights in 3, 5, 8, 10 and 15. Looking for something quick I can try tonight for about 30 minutes.

Check out convict conditioning, a set of body weight exercises.

You could also check out You Are Your Own Gym which includes body weight exercises.

I bought the book Strength Training: Exercises for Women by Joan Pagano. I realize that won't help you much tonight, but I highly recommend it.

It's an app? Will try to check it out. Looks to be $5? Would love to check it out before buying.

Look up "Sworkit" it's an app that builds a little circuit style workout for you. I'm pretty sure it's all body weight exercises

Lots of great apps out there with bodyweight exercises for strength and more. I will second Sworkit, it is one of my favorites. Daily Workout Apps, Nike+ Training Club, pushup/situp/squat/pullup challenge programs and tons of 7 minute HIIT workouts.
