Low carb high fat keto with reactive fasting

I eat strictly no sugar or starch. No rice, grains, breads, potatoes or any other starchy or sweet tasting vegetables or fruits. If it tastes sweet, I don't eat. The only exception I make in this regard is the occasional handful of blackberries, raspberries or strawberries. My typical Dinner meal would be a big salad of leafy greens and low sugar veggies with a fatty dressing (oil and vinegar based or mayo based) another veggie dish such as grilled or steamed low sugar vegetables with butter or cream sauce, and a decent portion of some regular fat protein like a grilled steak or roast chicken with skin on, and I eat until I am full and satisfied. I typically eat once or twice a day Scrambled Eggs and cheese or butter for Brunch @11, then Dinner @5 and I am not hungry or tired at all during the day. I sleep very well and have seen numerous health benefits including weight loss (1/3 of a pound per day like clockwork). If I have a day where I do not lose weight, I fast a few extra hours until I do. I am under supervision of a physician and nutritionist as I am doing this to lose weight and combat Diabetes and we are all very happy with the result on my fitness and overall health. I also watch and follow modern medical research based advice from the medical professionals at https://www.dietdoctor.com and the youtube videos of Dr. Fung.
