I've honestly been meaning to get on some kind of fitness program or health thing for ever now and today I finally did!

That's wonderful! I'm in the same boat, but I haven't started yet. Most I've done is walk 4+miles with a few friends a couple days a week. What I really want to get into is the fitness program, but I think I will begin dancing at home so I can build up some endurance.
